Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Available for all orders
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for most destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
While we’re confident you’ll love your Ben Sayers products or AXGLO equipment, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed with the same care we put into selecting our premium golf products.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect all our golfers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
- Batteries and electronic components (like Bushnell devices) that have been activated
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened packages of golf balls

Step 2: Package Your Items
Return items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. For golf clubs, please use the original protective head covers.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
We’ll provide a return shipping label via email. For international returns outside the US, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):
- Follow the same return process above
- Specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and include the replacement item details
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
