Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. Your satisfaction is as important to us as the quality of our Ben Sayers products.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all our golfers, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment
  • Batteries and electronic components (like Bushnell devices) that have been activated
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Opened packages of golf balls

Simple Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

Return items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. For golf clubs, please use the original protective head covers.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We’ll provide a return shipping label via email. For international returns outside the US, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (size, color, or model changes):

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Specify in your email that you’d like an exchange and include the replacement item details
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International Refunds: May take 7-10 additional business days to appear on your statement

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise (like AXGLO equipment with manufacturing flaws):

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damage
  3. We’ll arrange for expedited replacement at no cost to you
